Telephone # & Web Access

Topical Conference Call Connection Info:

Telephone Info:

To tap into the high capacity line that we use for conference calls, dial (218) 339-2626, enter 705874# when prompted for an access code.   Please do your best to avoid using a cell phone or a speaker phone for topical conference calls; our high capacity line is more sensitive to electronic disturbance than more traditional lines, and often generates electronic noise when cell phones or speaker phones are utilized.

After you are connected, you can help us maintain good line quality by muting your line if there is background noise in your area or if you need to step away to talk with a colleague.  Simply enter "6" to mute, and enter "6" again to un-mute.  When you are in a muted state, you will be able to hear us, but we will not be able to hear you (or anything going on in your office).

Please do not place us on "hold".  We have learned to ask this because In the past, we have faced the challenge of dealing with the distraction of "on hold" music when someone placed  us on hold.  If you need to step away, please use the mute option (enter "6") or hang up and call again when you can rejoin us.

Web Connection:

You must register for topical calls to receive the information that will allow you to connect with the webinar feature of topical conference calls.  You can register by clicking on the "register now" link that you will find with information for each call on this website.

After you register, you will receive a confirmation email.  The confirmation email that you receive after you register for the topical call includes both the telephone number for the call and a link that you can use to connect with the "webinar" feature of our call.  Once you clink the link, you will receive some simple to follow instructions for connecting.

If you have registered but cannot locate your confirmation email,  you can go to www.gotowebinar.com, click "Join a Webinar", and enter our call's meeting id and the email address that you used when you registered for the call.  You will find the meeting id listed along with the date and name of the topical call on the Topical Call Materials page.

If this is your first time using "go to webinar", please take a few minutes to review the quick access inforamtation (available for both PC and MAC users) that you will find listed in the sidebar on the Topical Call Materials page.
